Renovate San Diego is in search of an Assistant Project Manager to assist the project team in the successful completion of their current and upcoming projects.

Project Types: Fix & Flip, New Construction, Multi-Family

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contractor payment draw management
• CRM management and data entry for multiple projects
• Weekly site visits to all active projects
• Support and manage subcontractors
• Punch list inspections and verifying all repairs
• Prepare change orders, subcontractor change orders, and manage change order log
• Support the project team with all aspects
• Weekly meeting attendance, conference calls
• Facilitate the closeout of projects in a timely manner

Skills & Qualifications:

• Construction industry experience in an administrative role i.e. Project Coordinator is a plus
• Bilingual
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong communication skills with subcontractors, and design consultants.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Positive Attitude, Highly Organized, Team Player, Ability to Multitask, and Strong Communicator
